摘要
2020年初,新冠疫情对社会生活造成了巨大冲击。在抗击疫情这个系统性工作中,新媒体在所涉及的各主体之间起到了辟除虚假信息、社会组织动员、公共应急协同、社会情绪疏导等极大的润滑、协调和整合作用。文章以《人民日报》官方微博账号为例,从信息传播、情感管理到公共服务三个层次阐述了新媒体的社会协调与整合功能,并指出建立完善的社会沟通协商机制,据此与公众建立良性的互动关系,是新媒体发挥整合功能的源头活水。
In early 2020,the COVID-19 had a huge impact on social life. In this systematic work of fighting the epidemic,the new media has played a great role in smoothing,coordinating,and integrating among the various subjects involved in eliminating false information,social behavior organization,public emergency coordination,and social emotional counseling. The article uses the official Weibo account of the People’s Daily as an example to explain the social coordination and integration functions of new media from the three levels of information dissemination,emotional management and public service.It also pointed out that the establishment of a comprehensive social communication and consultation mechanism,and accordingly establishing a benign interactive relationship with the public,is the source of new media to play integrated function well.
