情绪、人格因素与胃溃疡疾病的关系

Relationship between emotions,personality factor and disease status in patients with gastric ulcer

目的:分析情绪、人格因素与胃溃疡(GU)患者疾病情况的关系。方法:纳入2017年10月至2018年10月我院46例GU患者为GU组,纳入同期30名健康体检者为对照组。比较两组受试者情绪状态[心境状态量表(POMS-SF)]、述情障碍情况[多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)]、人格特征[艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)]及面临生活事件情况[生活事件量表(LES)]差异。结果:GU组POMS-SF量表除精力-活力评分低于对照组外(t=-5.908,P<0.05),其他分量表评分及总分均高于对照组(t疲乏-迟钝=5.931、t迷惑-混乱=5.043、t愤怒-敌意=4.041、t紧张-焦虑=5.989、t抑郁-沮丧=3.892、t总分=12.294,P<0.05)。GU组TAS量表因子Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ评分高于对照组(t因子Ⅰ=2.073,2.685,3.446;P<0.05),因子Ⅳ评分则低于对照组(t=-2.071,P<0.05)。GU组EPQ量表E分量表评分低于对照组(t=-5.779,P<0.05),N、P分量表评分高于对照组(t3.408,6.456;P<0.05)。GU组负性事件刺激量、生活事件总刺激量大于对照组(t=19.844,16.143;P<0.05)。结论:GU患者情绪状态较差,存在一定程度述情障碍,人格特征偏内向、情绪不稳等,负性生活事件较多,可见GU与人格、情绪因素密切相关,应予以重视。

Objective:To analyze the relationship between emotions,personality factors and disease status in patients with gastric ulcer(GU).Methods:A total of 46 patients with GU in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were included into the GU group,and 30 healthy examiners at the same period were included into the control group.The emotional states[Profile of Mood States(POMS-SF)],situation of alexithymia[Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS)],personality characteristics[Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)]and facing life events[Life Events Scale(LES)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The energy-vitality score of POMS-SF scale in GU group was lower than that in control group(t=-5.908,P<0.05),and the other subscales scores and total score were higher than those in control group(t= 5.931,5.043,4.041,5.989,3.892,12.294;P< 0.05).The scores of factors I,II and III and total score of TAS scale in GU group were higher than those in control group(t=2.073,2.685,3.446;P<0.05)while the factor IV score was lower than that in control group(t=-2.071,P<0.05).The score of E subscale of EPQ scale in GU group was lower than that in control group(t=-5.779,P<0.05).while the scores of N and P subscales were higher than those in control group(t=3.408,6.456;P<0.05).The stimuli of negative events and total stimuli of life events in GU group were greater than those in control group(t=19.844,16.143;P< 0.05).Conclusion:The emotional states are poor in GU patients,and there is a certain degree of alexithymia,and there are introversion and emotional instability of personality characteristics,and there are many negative life events,therefore,it should pay more attention to it,because there are close relationships between GU and personality as well as emotional factors.
