唐山市公交车司机心理健康状况及影响因素

Study on mental health and its influencing factors of Tangshan bus driver

目的:探究唐山市公交车司机心理健康状况及影响因素。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对100名唐山市公交车司机的心理状况进行测评,并对所测数据进行统计学分析。结果:唐山市公交车司机躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神性病、总均分SCL-90评分均显著高于全国常模(t=9.552,6.989,4.666,6.487,6.857,6.802,5.685,6.176,7.117,7.470;P<0.001);男、女公交车司机SCL-90评分无显著统计学差异;不同婚姻状况公交车司机的SCL-90评分存在显著统计学差异,未婚公交车司机心理健康水平最高,已婚者其次,离异组最低;不同年龄段公交车司机SCL-90评分无显著统计学差异;不同驾龄公交车司机的躯体化、敌对、精神性病SCL-90评分存在显著性差异(F=4.730,2.834,3.057;P<0.05),其中10~15年驾龄的公交车司机心理健康状况最差。结论:唐山市公交车司机的心理健康水平低于一般人群,需要积极关注这一职业人群,及时对其进行心理干预。

Objective:To investigate the mental health status of bus drivers in Tangshan and its influencing factors.Methods:One hundred bus drivers in Tangshan were evaluated about their mental healthy level by SCL-90 and then analyzed statistically.Results:The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoia,psychoticism,total equalization indicated significant differences with norm(t=9.552,6.989,4.666,6.487,6.857,6.802,5.685,6.176,7.117,7.470;P<0.001);Man and women drivers’ scores of SCL-90 had no statistically significant difference;There were statistically significant differences in SCL-90 scores of bus drivers with different marital status.Unmarried drivers’ mental health was better than that of married,while,married drivers’ mental health was better than that of divorced.There was no statistic difference between the groups with different age.The scores of somatization,hostility and psychoticism demonstrated significant differences between the groups with different driving experience(F=4.730,2.834,3.057;P<0.05).Specifically,the mental health of bus drivers with 10-15 years’ driving experience were the worst.Conclusion:Drivers’ mental health in Tangshan is low,thus these population are supposed to obtain sufficient concern and necessary psychological intervene.
