朝鲜族大学新生复原力的调查

Investigation and analysis of resilience of Korean college freshmen in Yanbian university

目的:探索朝鲜族大学新生复原力的现状及基本特点。方法:采用刘兰兰编制的大学生复原力量表,对延边大学363名朝鲜族大学本科新生进行问卷调查。结果:来自城市、县镇的朝鲜族大学新生在复原力总体水平及社会交往能力、自我认可、自我掌控、自我调适维度上的得分均显著高于农村朝鲜族大学新生(F=5.172,5.485,7.993,8.041,4.502;P<0.05);除自我价值感、自我调适两个维度外,担任学生干部的朝鲜族大学新生的复原力总体水平及各维度的得分均显著高于非学生干部的朝鲜族大学新生(t=3.573,3.836,3.129,3.062,2.082,3.168,2.666;P<0.05);父母非离异的朝鲜族大学新生的复原力总体水平及社会交往能力、家庭支持、自我价值感、自我调适维度上的得分显著高于离异家庭的朝鲜族大学新生(t=2.917,2.404,4.112,2.007,2.575;P<0.05)。结论:朝鲜族大学新生复原力总体水平较好,在人口学变量上存在不同程度的群体差异。

Objective:To explore the current situation and basic characteristics of the resilience of Korean freshmen.Methods:"College Students’ Resilience Questionnaire"compiled by Liu Lanlan,was used on 363 Korean college students of Yanbian University.Results:The overall level of resilience of the Korean college freshmen from cites,counties and towns were significantly better than those from rural Korean freshmen,which was mainly reflected in the level of social competence,self-identity,self-control and self-adjustment(F=5.172, 5.485,7.993, 8.041,4.502;P<0.05).In addition to the sense of self-values and self-adjustment,the overall level of resilience and the scores of all dimensions of Korean college freshmen who served as student cadres were significantly higher than those of non-student cadres(t=3.573,3.836, 3.129, 3.062, 2.082, 3.168,2.666;P<0.05).The overall level of resilience,social competence,family supports,self-values and self-adjustment of Korean freshmen with non-divorced parents were significantly higher than those with divorced families(t=2.917,2.404,4.112,2.007,2.575;P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall level of resilience of Korean college freshmen is good.There are different degrees of group differences in demographic statistical variables.
