摘要
本文针对燃煤电厂湿法脱硫后的白烟问题进行了研究,分析了脱硫过程中饱和湿烟气的形成以及白烟现象的发生机制。针对不同的白烟控制方法,介绍了其应用原理,在烟气焓湿图上进行了热力过程分析。通过不同消白方式的适用性、优缺点等因素的比较,指出了不同方法的应用前景以及存在问题,为白烟现象的处理提供了不同的解决方案。
In this paper,the problem of white smoke after wet flue gas desulfurization in coal-fired power plants is studied,and the formation of saturated wet flue gas as well as the mechanism of white smoke phenomenon in desulfurization process are explored.The process and principle of various white smoke elimination methods are analyzed and compared on the flue gas enthalpy wet figure.This paper points out the application prospects and problems existing by comparing various methods,which can provide different solutions for the treatment of white smoke.
