多模式健康宣教对肥胖型哮喘患儿心理及生理状态影响 被引量:2

Effect of multi-mode health education on psychological and physiological status of obese asthmatic children

摘要 目的:研究多模式健康宣教干预对肥胖型哮喘患儿身心健康影响情况。方法:选取2014年8月-2017年2月于我院就诊的90例肥胖型哮喘患儿为研究对象,按随机数表法将患儿分为观察组及对照组各45例,对照组采用基础干预,观察组在对照组基础上应用多模式健康宣教干预,比较两组患儿焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、治疗依从性、肺功能指标水平、出院后1年内复发次数及再次入院次数。结果:观察组干预后SAS、SDS量表评分均低于对照组(t=-4.769,-6.306;P<0.05)。观察组患儿的运动依从性、用药依从性和营养依从性均显著高于对照组(χ~2=4.865,5.414,9.680;P<0.05)。观察组干预后患儿FVC、FEV1、PEF水平高于对照组(t=3.572,2.499,7.253;P<0.05)。出院后1年内观察组患儿哮喘复发次数、入院次数显著低于对照组(t=-13.234,-8.361;P<0.05)。结论:多模式健康宣教干预应用于肥胖型哮喘患儿,能显著改善患儿心理状态、肺功能情况,同时提高治疗依从性,有较好的干预效果。 Objective:To study the effect of multi-mode health education intervention on physical and mental health of children with obesity asthma.Methods:A total of 90 children with obesity asthma who were admitted to the hospital from August 2014 to February 2017 were enrolled.The children were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given the basic nursing,while the observation group was given multi-mode health education intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,treatment compliance,levels of lung function indexes,the number of recurrence and readmission within 1 year after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=-4.769,-6.306;P<0.05),the exercise compliance,medication compliance and nutritional compliance of the children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(χ~2=4.865,5.414,9.680;P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=3.572,2.499,7.253;P<0.05),within 1 year after left hospital,the number of asthma recurrences and the number of hospital admissions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-13.234,-8.361;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-mode health education intervention on children with obesity asthma,can significantly improve the psychological state and pulmonary function,meanwhile,it can improve the treatment compliance and has better intervention effect.
