急诊科医务人员共情疲劳与工作满意度相关性 被引量:7

Relationship between empathy fatigue and job satisfaction of medical staff in emergency department

摘要 目的:探讨急诊科医务人员共情疲劳与工作满意度相关性。方法:对比研究我院2017年10月在职的80名急诊科医务人员与42名门诊或住院部医务人员专业生活品质量表(ProQOL)、McClosky/Mueller满意度量表(MMSS)评分情况,以Pearson相关系数模型分析观察组医务人员ProQOL、MMSS各维度评分相关性。结果:观察组ProQOL同情心满足维度评分明显低于对照组(t=-2.389P<0.05),观察组倦怠、2次创伤维度评分则明显高于对照组(t=5.024,3.752,P<0.05)。观察组MMSS评分中与同事的关系、被表扬和认可、控制和责任、工作与家庭的平衡、排班、互动机会、职业发展机会、福利待遇评分均明显低于对照组(t=-2.744,-3.065,-3.697,-2.807,-2.658,-3.297,-2.978,-2.732;P<0.05)。观察组ProQOL同情心满足维度评分与MMSS评分中与同事的关系、被表扬和认可、控制和责任、工作与家庭的平衡、排班、互动机会、职业发展机会、福利待遇评分均呈显著正相关性(r=0.211,0.186,0.258,0.332,0.318,0.353,0.259,0.240;P<0.05),观察组ProQOL倦怠维度与MMSS评分中与同事的关系、被表扬和认可、控制和责任、工作与家庭的平衡、排班、互动机会、职业发展机会、福利待遇评分呈显著负相关性(r=-0.331,-0.450,-0.342,-0.324,-0.303,-0.294,-0.358,-0.314;P<0.05),观察组ProQOL 2次创伤维度与MMSS评分中与同事的关系、被表扬和认可、控制和责任、工作与家庭的平衡、排班、互动机会、职业发展机会、福利待遇评分呈显著负相关性(r=-0.474,-0.263,-0.315,-0.231,-0.307,-0.263,-0.300,-0.237;P<0.05)。结论:急诊科医务人员共情疲劳相对较高,工作满意度相对较低,且二者关系较为紧密。 Objective:To discuss the relationship between empathy fatigue and job satisfaction of medical staff in emergency department.Methods:We compared and studied the scores of Professional Quality of Life(ProQOL)and McClosky/Mueller Satisfication Scale(MMSS)of 80 medical staff in emergency department and 40 outpatient or inpatient medical staff in our hospital in October 2017,and used Pearson correlation coefficient model to analyze the correlation between scores of dimensions of ProQOL and MMSS of medical staff in observation group.Results:The score of ProQOL in empathy satisfaction dimension in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=-2.389,P<0.05),the scores of burnout and secondary trauma dimension in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=5.024,3.752,P<0.05).The scores of the relationship between colleagues,praise and recognition,control and responsibility,work-family balance,scheduling,interaction opportunity,career development opportunity and welfare treatment in MMSS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-2.744,-3.065,-3.697,-2.807,-2.658,-3.297,-2.978,-2.732;P<0.05),the score of ProQOL in empathy satisfaction dimension in the observation group was positively related with the scores of the relationship between colleagues,praise and recognition,control and responsibility,work-family balance,scheduling,interaction opportunity,career development opportunity and walfare treatment in MMSS(r=0.211,0.186,0.258,0.332,0.318,0.353,0.259,0.240;P<0.05),the burnout dimension in ProQOL in the observation group was negatively related with the scores of the relationship between colleagues,praise and recognition,control and responsibility,work-family balance,scheduling,interaction opportunity,career development opportunity and welfare treatment in MMSS(r=-0.331,-0.450,-0.342,-0.324,-0.303,-0.294,-0.358,-0.314;P<0.05),and the secondary trauma dimension in ProQOL in the observation group was negatively related with the scores of the relationship between colleagues,praise and recognition,control and responsibility,work-family balance,scheduling,interaction opportunity,career development opportunity and welfare treatment in MMSS(r=-0.474,-0.263,-0.315,-0.231,-0.307,-0.263,-0.300,-0.237;P<0.05).Conclusion:The empathy fatigue of the medical staff in the emergency department is relatively high,job satisfaction is relatively low,and the relationship between them is relatively close.
