耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜研究进展 被引量:6

Research progress on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus biofilm

摘要 耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)是影响公共卫生的重要病原体,其具有较高的发病率和病死率。MRSA在生物和非生物表面上可形成生物被膜,使抗菌药物对MRSA不敏感从而加重感染。本文就MRSA的生物被膜的形成过程、主要成分的结构及其功能以及对生物被膜的治疗等研究进展进行概述。
