摘要
一、概述(一)定义心房颤动(atrial fibrillation)是临床上最常见的心律失常之一。心电图表现为P波消失,代之以不规则的f波,RR间期绝对不规则,见图1。心房颤动可导致心脏功能下降、卒中及体循环栓塞。
