某型发动机燃油泵加速调节器调整规律研究

摘要 燃油泵加速调节器的功能是在某型航空发动机加速时控制加速供油量,其调节规律直接影响发动机加速性的调整。根据加速供油量与加速活门前燃油压力的对应关系,推导出了影响加速供油量的主要因素,并通过对加速活门进行受力分析,分别得出了调整钉、放气嘴与加速活门前燃油压力以及加速供油量之间的调整规律。在该燃油泵上分别对调整钉和放气嘴直径的变化对加速供油量的影响进行了验证。结果表明,加速调整钉和放气嘴的变化均会改变产品加速供油量,各因素分别在发动机不同的工作状态起到主要调节作用,其试验结果与理论计算一致。 The function of the fuel pump acceleration regulator is to control the fuel supply during the acceleration of an aero-engine,and its regulation law directly affects the adjustment of the engine acceleration.According to the corresponding relationship between the acceleration fuel supply and the fuel pressure in front of the acceleration valve,the main factors that affect the acceleration fuel supply are derived.Through the force analysis of the acceleration valve,the regulation rules between the adjusting pin,the vent nozzle and the fuel pressure in front of the acceleration valve and the acceleration fuel supply are obtained respectively.On the fuel pump,the influence of the diameter of adjusting pin and vent nozzle on the fuel delivery rate is verified.The results show that the change of the accelerating adjusting pin and the vent nozzle will change the accelerating fuel supply of the product,and each factor plays an important role in the different working conditions of the engine.The test results are consistent with the theoretical calculation.
