摘要
针对电动车充电安全方面的隐患,提出基于单片机控制的电动车电池充电保护装置的设计。该装置以单片机为核心,包含数字温度传感器、控制按钮、外接显示屏、降温风扇及其他组件。控制按钮主要用来设定温度,温度传感器分别装在蓄电池和充电器内部,若充电器或蓄电池温度超过系统设定的额定温度,控制系统将根据实时温度调节降温风扇的转速,实现降温或直接切断电源。本装置既安全又方便,适用于任何蓄电池等可充电电池,可以有效降低由于电池不良充电所引起的起火事故的发生概率。
Aiming at the hidden danger of electric vehicle charging safety,the design of an electric vehicle battery charging protection device based on single chip microcomputer control is proposed.The device,with single chip microcomputer as the core,is composed of digital temperature sensor,control button,external display screen,cooling fan and other components.The control button is mainly used to set the temperature,and the temperature sensor is installed in the battery and charger separately.If the temperature of the charger or battery exceeds the rated temperature set by the system,the control system will adjust the speed of the cooling fan according to the real-time temperature to reduce the temperature or cut off the power supply directly.Being safe and convenient,the device is suitable for any rechargeable battery,and can effectively reduce the probability of fire accidents caused by poor charging of battery.
