抗病毒药与精神科常用药的药物相互作用

Drug interactions between antiviral agents and antipsychiatric drugs

新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情中部分精神疾病患者感染了2019新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV),需要同时使用抗病毒药和精神科药物治疗。而长时间使用大剂量的抗病毒药也可能导致新冠肺炎患者出现精神症状,需要联用精神科药物控制精神症状。抗病毒药和精神科常用药两者之间会产生相互作用,因此我们检索国内外相关文献,对新冠肺炎治疗方案中推荐的抗病毒药与精神科常用药之间相互作用进行综述,希望能为一线医生提供理论依据和文献参考。

During the COVID-19 outbreak,a number of patients with mental disorders were infected with 2019-nCoV,therefore,need to be treated with antivirals and antipsychiatric drugs at the same time.The long-term use of large doses of antivirals may lead to mental symptoms in patients infected with COVID-19,which require adjunctive antipsychiatric treatment to control mental symptoms.There is an interaction between antivirals and commonly used antipsychiatric drugs.In the current review,both Chinese and International databases were searched,the interaction between antivirals and antipsychiatric drugs were symmetrically introduced,as recommended for the treatment of COVID-19.This review aims to provide theoretical basis and literature reference for front-line health professionals.
