我国骨肿瘤专业近年来发展迅速,但由于骨肿瘤发病率低且我国各地区医疗发展不平衡,骨肿瘤专业的诊治不规范问题仍比较突出。NCCN《骨肿瘤临床实践指南》内容涵盖骨肉瘤、尤文肉瘤、软骨肉瘤、骨巨细胞瘤及脊索瘤等常见骨肿瘤,经过数年的更新,比较成熟,可为我国相关专业的医务人员提供参考。NCCN《骨肿瘤临床实践指南》注重多学科协作策略,建议骨肉瘤行外科治疗和化疗为主的综合治疗,脊索瘤以外科治疗为主,而因地舒单抗的出现,骨巨细胞瘤从单纯依靠外科治疗,转变为药物治疗配合外科治疗。本文以NCCN指南为基础,对常见骨肿瘤的核心诊治内容进行阐述和解读。
