涤纶家纺面料的液体分散染料免洗印花

Washing-free printing of polyester home textiles with new liquid disperse dyes

采用菲诺液体分散染料对涤纶家纺面料进行免洗印花,研究了染料在涤纶家纺面料上的印花提升力,以及印花面料的还原洗色变、白边沾色等性能和耐洗涤、耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明,新型液体分散染料较合适的印花条件为:170~180℃焙烘处理5~8 min,染料质量分数0.5%~4.0%。该液体分散染料具有优异的提升力,印花面料皂洗残液清,回沾少,色牢度较高。

The washing-free printing of polyester home textile fabric with Fino liquid disperse dye is car⁃ried out.The building up property of dyes on polyester home textile fabric is studied.The properties of the printed fabric,such as color change in reducing washing,white staining,as well as the color fastnesses to washing and rubbing are studied.The results show that the optimal printing conditions are:baking at 170~180℃for 5~8 min,0.5%~4.0%of dye concentration,the liquid dye has excellent building up proper⁃ty,the soaping residue is clear,and the printed fabric has less staining and higher color fastness.
