ZJP56型组合绳锯组锯机超谐共振分析

摘要 为探究组合绳锯组锯机系统的超谐共振分析,以ZJP56型组合绳锯组锯机为研究对象,将组合绳锯组锯机划分为电机单元和串珠绳单元,应用有限元法建立组合绳锯组锯机动力学模型,在此动力学模型基础上,采用多尺度法对组合绳锯组锯机整机进行超谐共振分析,并得出组合绳锯组锯机在发生超谐共振下的一次近似解,从而得出组合绳锯组锯机的超谐共振机理,为组合绳锯组锯机的结构性能设计提供理论支持。 In order to explore the superharmonic resonance analysis of the ZJP56 combined wire saw group saw system,this paper takes the combined wire saw group saw as the research object,divides the combined wire saw group saw into motor unit and bead wire unit,and uses the finite element method to establish the dynamic model of the combined wire saw group saw.On the basis of this dynamic model,the multi-scale method is used to analyze the superharmonic resonance of the whole machine,and an approximate solution under the superharmonic resonance is obtained,thus the superharmonic resonance mechanism of the machine is obtained,which provides some theoretical supports for the structural performance design of the combined rope saw.
