摘要
通过对玻璃磨边机改造成靶材磨边机后实际操作的分析,找出出现的主要问题。改造中出现的崩角、面裂纹及台阶等缺陷经过优化后,改造后可以对靶材进行公差正负0.1 mm以内的加工,并且能够进行大斜面加工。
Through the analysis of the actual operation after the glass edger is transformed into the target edger,the main problems are found out. After optimization,the target material can be processed with tolerance within plus or minus 0.1 mm,and can be processed with large bevel.
