摘要
应用有限元数值模拟技术,结合转向桥设计开发的实际过程,建立叉车转向桥的结构的有限元分析模型,改变了原来的仅靠经验进行产品开发的传统设计开发模式,为后续优化分析,寻找到较优的设计打下了基础,从而避免了盲目的设计开发,缩短了开发周期,大幅度降低了设计开发费用。
By using the finite element numerical simulation technology and combining with the actual process of the design and development of the steering axle,the finite element analysis model of the structure of the forklift steering axle is established,which changes the traditional design and development mode of product development based on experience,lays the foundation for the follow-up optimization analysis and finding the better design,thus avoiding the blind design and development and shortening the development cycle Period,greatly reducing the cost of design and development.
