摘要
采用直流法实现铝合金的硬质阳极氧化膜层的加工工艺,通过实验研究了不同牌号铝合金材料在硬质阳极氧化时由于电流密度、电解液浓度的不同而对膜层厚度、硬度、耐磨性的影响,经过对性能试验数据的统计分析确定了最佳工艺方案,并在活塞、套筒、轴承等有耐磨要求的铝制零件的表面处理方面得到了广泛应用。
DC method is used to realize the processing technology of the aluminum alloy hard anodic oxidation film layers,different type of aluminum alloy material is studied through experiments in hard anodic oxidation and due to the different current density,concentration of electrolyte on the influence of film thickness,hardness,wear resistance,through statistical analysis of the performance test data to determine the optimum solution,and the piston and sleeve,bearings have wear-resisting requirements such as surface treatment of aluminum parts has been widely applied.
