盲孔内反倒角的加工工艺研究

Study on the Processing Technology of Chamfer Angle in the Opposite Direction in Blind Hole

结合专用工具和数控程序,提出了在加工中心上加工倒角的工艺方案,解决了倒角的位置在育孔内且法向方向背向孔口方向的加工工艺难题,为类似结构的加工提供了解决方案。

Combined with special tools and numerical control program,the processing scheme of chamfering on machining center is put forward,which solves the processing problem of chamfering position in the hole and normal direction back to the hole,and provides a solution for similar structure processing.
