面向鼓形插削让刀机构的共轭双凸轮廓线设计 被引量:1

摘要 提出了一种用于数控插齿机鼓形齿插削的让刀机构,其让刀轨迹由共轭双凸轮实现,能够克服鼓形齿插削过程中冲击振动大、稳定性差及精度低的问题。让刀机构设计的核心是共轭双凸轮的廓线设计。在给定让刀机构共轭双凸轮基本参数的基础上,以实现插齿让刀运动轨迹无柔性冲击为目标,进行了凸轮转角分配,选定了五次多项式为凸轮廓线过渡曲线,推导了共轭双凸轮各段轮廓曲线的数学模型,并应用Wolfram Mathematica计算并绘制共轭双凸轮理论廓线与实际廓线。共轭双凸轮实物装机运行良好,验证了所推导数学模型的正确性和凸轮设计过程的合理性。 A kind of cutter-drawing machinery of drum cutting used in CNC gear shaper is proposed,the cutter trajectory is realized by the double conjugate cams mechanism,so it can overcome the impact vibration,poor stability and low precision in the process of drum cutting.The contour curve design of the double conjugate cams is of most important for the cutter-drawing machinery.Under the conditions of given the basic parameters for the double conjugate cams,the goal is to realize the gear shaping and make the tool track without soft impact,the cam angle distribution is carried out,and the curve of quintic polynomial is chosen as cam contour curve,the Wolfram Mathematical model of the each contour curve is deduced as well.The theoretical and actual contour of the conjugate double cams is obtained by using the Wolfram Mathematica The conjugate double cams are installed and running well,which verifies the correctness of the Wolfram Mathematical model and the rationality of the cam design process.
