铝合金桁架结构失稳计算及连接工艺分析 被引量:1

摘要 对6061铝合金桁架结构进行结构静力学计算和有限元仿真,随后采用冷弧焊工艺进行连接成形,并对桁架结构进行压溃试验并利用金相显微镜观测接头微观形貌。结果显示:经过简化计算和仿真后的失效的临界承载力值为33.55 k N,这比实际压溃试验的33.8 k N的实测值稍小,经过Abaqus仿真的变形位置和压溃试验的实际变形位置完全一致。压溃试验后的焊接接头宏观上成形良好,微观形貌显示经过一定时间的静力学压溃过程后接头处焊缝各区域界面生长过程保持原来形态,晶界处未发现沿晶和穿晶裂纹及断裂行为。 The structural static calculation and finite element simulation of the 6061 aluminum alloy truss structure were carried out.Then the cold arc welding process was used for joint forming,and the truss structure was crushed and the microstructure of the joint was observed by metallographic microscope.The results show that the critical load capacity of the failure after simplified calculation and simulation is 33.55 kN,which is slightly smaller than the actual measured value of 33.8 kN in the actual crush test,it is exactly the same deformation position simulated by abaqus and the actual deformation position of the crush test..The welded joints after the crushing test were well formed on the macroscopic surface.The microscopic morphology showed that the interfacial growth process of the welds at the joints remained the original shape after a certain period of static crushing process,and no intergranular and transgranular cracks/fracture were found on the grain boundaries.
