摘要
对某观光车车身骨架进行有限元建模,使用Hypermash对车身结构在弯曲与扭转两种典型工况下的变形和低阶模态进行计算分析,得到该车身骨架在弯曲、扭转工况下的应变分布情况及车架模态振型,为之后的优化设计提供参考依据。
The finite element modeling of the body frame of a sightseeing car is carried out.The Hypermash is used to calculate and analyze the deformation and low-order modes of the body structure under the typical conditions of bending and torsion,and the body frame is obtained under bending and torsion conditions.The strain distribution and the frame mode shape provide a reference for the subsequent optimization design.
