摘要
苏格兰学分和资格框架将正规教育与非正规教育资格纳入统一的资格框架之中。资格框架的双重融通性,学分评级的标准化与组织化,多样性的先前学习认可,以需求为导向的科学化的资格开发,凸显出鲜明的地域特色。我国可以在培育先进的国际职业教育理念以及开发系统性、开放性、包容性的规范化国家资格框架两个方面借鉴其先进经验。
The Scottish credit and qualifications framework incorporates Scottish qualifications for formal and non-formal education into a single qualifications framework.The dual compatibility of the qualifications framework,the standardization and organization of credit rating,the diversity of prior learning recognition,and the demand-oriented scientific qualification development show distinct regional characteristics.We can learn from its experience in cultivating advanced international vocational education concepts and develop a systematic and open,inclusive and standardized national qualifications framework.
