摘要
专业认证是国际通行的工程教育质量保障制度,是优化我国工程人才培养模式,加快与国际工程教育接轨,实现工程教育国际互认和工程师资格国际互认的有效途径,其对高校教师也提出了更高的要求,要求教师做好角色定位,承担专业认证工作的相关职责。本文分析了工程教育专业认证中教师群体履行职责的现状,参照工程教育认证标准和对教师的要求,探讨了教师群体对顺利推进认证工作和提升学校专业人才培养质量等方面的作用。从加强主体责任意识、更新人才培养观念、改变传统教学方法、强化实践教学环节、建立教学激励措施等方面提出了"强化教师职责,做好工程教育专业认证工作研究"的几点措施。
As a measure to guarantee the quality of engineering education in China,professional accreditation is an effective way to optimize the training mode of engineering talents in China and to make Chinese engineering education be in line with international engineering education standards.It also puts forward higher requirements for teachers,and requires them to take responsibility in professional accreditation.This paper analyzes the status quo of the responsibility fulfillment of teachers in engineering education accreditation,and discusses the role of teachers in promoting accreditation and improving the quality of talent training according to the accreditation standards and requirements for teachers.This paper also puts forward some measures for engineering education accreditation,such as strengthening responsibility awareness,updating talent training ideas,changing traditional teaching methods,emphasizing practical teaching and applying teaching incentives.
