摘要 基于全人教育理论,以人的全面发展为核心,从如何做好学生事务管理工作提升学生整体素质,提高育人质量等方面梳理美国高校学生事务管理的发展历史。探讨如何结合本土实际,借鉴与学习其工作专业化及队伍职业性,指导全方位与个性化的鲜明特点,提升高校学生事务管理工作的精细化与加强队伍的职业性,并把服务管理功能逐步向学习发展功能拓展延伸。 This paper cards the historical development of student affairs management of American universities from the aspect of how to manage the students affairs work well to promote the students overall quality and the education quality,based on the theory of holistic education and taking the comprehensive and complete development of people as the core.It is combined with the local practices to discuss how we can refer to and learn from distinct experiences of American universities characterized by specialization of work and professionalism of team,individuality and all-round of guidance.Above all,we should take corresponding efforts to improve the refinement of domestic college students affairs management and strengthen the professionalism of team,extending and deepening the function of students affairs management from service and management to learning and development.
