复方甘草酸苷致重度低钾血症1例并文献复习

摘要 甘草酸苷是从中草药甘草中提取的一种活性成分,具有抗过敏、抗炎、促进肝细胞再生等作用,长期连续使用可导致低钾血症,甚至横纹肌溶解,临床较少见,容易误诊、漏诊,应引起临床医师足够的重视.现报告1例复方甘草酸苷致重度低血钾患者的救治体会,供大家参考. Glycyrrhizin is an active ingredient extracted from licorice,which has the functions of anti-inflammation,anti-allergy and promoting liver cell regeneration.Longterm use of glycyrrhizin can lead to hypokalemia,even rhabdomyolysis,but these cases are relatively rare in clinic,easily with missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and clinicians should pay more attention to it.One case of severe hypokalemia induced by compound glycyrrhizin is reported in this study for reference.
