新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的暴发,没有人能置身事外,全国上下齐心协力共同抗击疫情肆虐,各行各业都在贡献力量.作为防疫工作最前沿的一线阵地,公共卫生和医疗健康服务体系在疫情紧迫的强压下正积极努力寻求和实施科学有效的应对策略.相较2003年严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)时的情况,现在的医疗资源和处置水平已大有进步,但面对我国庞大的人口基数和存在地区差异的线下医疗资源分布情况,传统线下公共卫生和医疗健康服务体系依然存在着短板和不足之处.互联网数字化医疗借助其高效、便捷、普惠等方面的优势,紧密结合国家防控工作,运用互联网+、大数据、人工智能等技术,快速投入到战"疫"中,以互联网医院、互联网诊疗等形式构建出线上线下一体化的公共卫生和医疗健康服务模式,降低了医疗机构线下(门诊直接接触服务)交叉感染的风险和医务工作者的劳动强度,减少了医务工作者的工作压力,为患者提供及时有效的诊疗咨询服务,并能保障医疗信息的安全和准确,为疫情防控提供了有效的支撑.

No one is immune from the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019,the whole country worked together to fight against the epidemic,and all walks of life are contributing.As the forefront of epidemic prevention,the public health and medical health care service systems are urgently seeking and implementing scientific and effective response strategies under the urgent pressure of this epidemic.Compared with the situation of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)in 2003,nowadays the level of medical resources and disposal methods have been greatly improved.However,considering about the huge population and the medical entities distribution with regional differences in our country,traditional public health and medical health care service systems still have some aspects to be improved.The effective,convenient and inclusive online digital health care has been practised to play a vital role in epidemic prevention and control.In internet plus model,by using big data,artificial intelligent and other technologies,online digital health care treatments are counted to establish the online and offline integration of public health and medical health care service model.This might obviously reduce the risk of cross-infection in medical institutions(direct contact),reduce the labor intensity and working pressure of medical workers,provide timely and effective diagnosis and treatment consulting services for patients,ensure the safety and accuracy of medical information,and provide effective support for epidemic prevention and control.
