基于信赖域法的汽车门冲压拉深筋高度的优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对复杂钣金覆盖件成形容易出现拉裂、拉伸不足和起皱等缺陷,以成形极限图中缺陷点与成形极限曲线的欧氏距离为目标函数,拉深筋高度为工艺参数,通过二次回归模型建立工艺参数与目标函数的响应面,采取信赖域法设计优化规则及收敛条件,对工艺参数组合进行迭代优化。为了验证该优化方法的有效性,以汽车侧门钣金覆盖件为例进行了拉深筋高度优化,通过信赖域法8步迭代优化得到优化的拉深筋高度为:23.6、20.1、22.1、20.4和24.2 mm,并进行了冲压试验,验证了该方法的有效性。 Aiming at the defects such as crack,insufficient drawing and wrinkle in complex sheet metal panel forming,the Euclidean distance between the defect points and the forming limit curve was taken as the objective function in the forming limit diagram,the drawbead height was taken as the process parameter,and the response surface for relating the process parameter and objective function was established by the quadratic regression model.The optimization rules and convergence conditions were designed by the trust region method and the iterative optimization was carried out for the process parameter combination.To verify the effectiveness of the optimization method,the drawbead height optimization was carried out with the automobile side door sheet metal panel as the case.The optimized drawbead heights are obtained through eight-step iterative optimization of the trust region method,namely 23.6,20.1,22.1,20.4 and 24.2 mm.The stamping test was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the method.
