基于响应曲面法的强力旋压QSn7-0.2连杆衬套屈服强度研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了探究旋压工艺参数以及各工艺参数之间交互作用对连杆衬套屈服强度的影响规律,优选出连杆衬套制造工艺参数,将屈服强度(Y)作为响应变量,减薄率(A)、热处理温度(B)和进给比(C)3个关键工艺参数作为自变量。在拉伸试验的基础上,基于Design-Expert软件建立工艺参数与屈服强度的回归预测模型。对Box-Behnken Design试验结果进行ANOVA分析和3D响应曲面分析,结果表明,B和C的交互作用对于屈服强度影响最为显著,A和C的交互作用对屈服强度有一定影响,A和B的交互作用对屈服强度影响不显著。利用Numerical模块求解最优工艺参数,优选工艺参数组合为:减薄率34%,热处理温度280℃,进给比0.27 mm·r^-1。 To explore the influence laws of the spinning process parameters and the interaction between each process parameter on the yield strength of connecting rod bushing,the manufacturing process parameters of connecting rod bushing were optimized.The yield strength(Y)was taken as the response variable,and the three key parameters of thinning rate(A),heat treatment temperature(B)and feed ratio(C)were taken as the independent variables.On the basis of tensile test,regression prediction model of process parameters and yield strength was established based on Design-Expert software.The ANOVA analysis and 3D response surface analysis of Box-Behnken Design test were conducted,the results show that the interaction between B and C has the most significant effect on yield strength,the interaction between A and C has some influence on yield strength,while the interaction between A and B has non-significant effect on the yield strength.Numerical module was used to solve the optimal process parameters,and the optimal parameter combination is thinning rate of 34%,heat treatment temperature of 280℃and feed ratio of 0.27 mm·r^-1.
