摘要
为解决双零铝箔轧制生产过程中针孔度超标的问题,采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析仪等检测手段,同时进行生产现场跟踪,对双零铝箔针孔缺陷进行了金相组织观察、微观形貌检查和能谱元素分析,综合分析了样品针孔缺陷的本质和产生的原因。结果表明:样品针孔缺陷处存在大量由C、O、Al、Cl和Na等杂质元素构成的夹杂物。形成针孔缺陷的主要原因为上述夹杂物的存在导致铝箔金属基体连续性遭到破坏。通过严格控制原辅材料和改善熔体质量等措施,使针孔缺陷得到有效控制。
To solve the problem of pinhole degree exceeding the standard of double zero aluminium foil in the rolling process,by means of optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer as well as the production site tracking,the metallographic structure observation,the microscopic morphology inspection and the energy spectrum element analysis of pinhole defects of double zero aluminium foil were carried out and the essence and causes of pinhole defects of the sample were comprehensively analyzed.The results show that a large number of inclusions consisting of impurity elements such as C,O,Al,Cl and Na exist in the pinhole defect of the sample.The main reason for the formation of pinhole defects is the destruction of the continuity of the aluminum foil metal matrix,which is caused by the existence of the above inclusions.The pinhole defect is effectively controlled by the strict control of raw and auxiliary materials and the improvement of melt quality.
