摘要
人口减少与乡村人口迁移的叠加使得乡村学校的规模逐步缩小,乡村小规模学校的数量不断增加,优质教育资源和师资资源的匮乏使乡村小规模学校的发展面临困境。国外许多国家在探索乡村小规模学校发展的过程中已经积累了一定的经验,包括构建教育资源共享网络、乡村教师补足策略和乡村贫困学生资助政策等。国际经验可以为我国乡村小规模学校的发展提供启示:制定乡村小规模学校的办学标准,实行教育资源共享;提高教师待遇,培养"全科教师";实行乡村贫困学生的精准资助政策。
The combination of population reduction and rural migration has resulted in a gradual reduction in the size of rural schools,with the lack of high-quality education resources and teacher resources making the development of small rural schools face difficulties.Internationally,many countries have accumulated some experience in the development of small rural schools,including:build education resource sharing networks;rural teachers complement strategies;grant financial aid to rural students.International experience could provide some enlightenment for developing rural small schools in China:establishing schooling standards for rural small schools;implementing education resource sharing;increasing the income of teachers;training domain-general teachers;and providing accurate funding to rural poor students.
