含氮杂环季铵盐离子液体缓蚀剂的合成及其性能研究 被引量:5

Synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic quaternary ammonium salt ionic liquid for corrosion inhibitors and its properties

摘要 以苯甲胺、环氧氯丙烷、1-溴代十二烷、喹啉为原料,通过开环反应和季铵化反应合成了1-(3-(苄基氨基)-2-羟丙基)喹啉-1-氯化铵(BZ-1-KL)以及1-(3-(苄基(十二烷基)氨基)-2-羟丙基)喹啉-1-氯化铵(BZ-N-KL)2种季铵盐型缓蚀剂。利用红外光谱对产物进行了结构表征,并通过静态挂片失重法和电化学分析法对其缓蚀效果进行评价。当温度为60℃、BZ-1-KL和BZ-N-KL质量分数为1.0%时,对P110的缓蚀率分别为93.10%、93.51%,且均符合Langmuir单分子层等温吸附。量子化学计算结果表明,2种缓蚀剂的能隙差较小,主要通过苯环、喹啉等与铁形成稳定的配位键达到缓蚀效果。 Two kinds of quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitors,1-(3-(benzylamino)-2-hydroxypropyl)quinoline-1-ammonium chloride(BZ-1-KL)and 1-(3-(benzyl(dodecyl)amino)-2-hydroxypropyl)quinoline-1-ammonium chloride(BZ-N-KL),are synthesized by ring-opening reaction and quaternization reaction with benzylamine,epichlorohydrin,1-bromododecane and quinoline as raw materials.The structures of products are characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and their corrosion inhibition effects are evaluated by static weight loss method and electrochemical analysis.The inhibition rates of BZ-1-KL and BZ-N-KL to P110 are 93.10%and 93.51%,respectively when the addition amount of BZ-1-KL and BZ-N-KL alone is 1.0%at 60℃.The adsorption type belongs to mixed adsorption,mainly chemical adsorption,which is consistent with the isotherm adsorption of Langmuir monolayer.The results from quantum chemistry calculation show that the energy gap difference between these two corrosion inhibitors is small,and the corrosion inhibition effect is mainly achieved by forming stable coordination bonds with iron through benzene rings,quinoline and other groups.
