摘要
针对目前梁柱材加工过程中开榫环节的机床存在的功能单一、自动化程度低以及安全性和可靠性低等问题,设计一种梁柱材自动双端开榫加工机床,以期适应行业发展需要,满足不同规模企业的加工需求。结合梁柱材双端开榫加工动作,对梁柱材的加工工艺进行分析;对梁柱材自动双端开榫机的整体结构进行阐述,并对旋转夹紧机构进行设计研究;借助ANSYS软件,对其进行模态求解,验证结构设计的合理性。梁柱材自动双端开榫加工机床的设计与研究能够自动完成梁柱材的双端头开榫,并且加工效率和成材率高,适应多种生产规模,丰富了开榫加工设备的类型,满足行业发展需要。
Aiming at the questions of the single function,low degree of automation and low safety and reliability during the tenoning process of the machine,a beam-column automatic double-end tenoning machine tool is designed to meet the development needs of the industry and the processing needs of enterprises of different sizes.Combined with the beam-column processing parameters,the beam-column processing technology is analyzed;the overall structure of the beam-column automatic double-end tenoning machine is explained,and the structure of the rotating clamping table drive components is designed and studied;with the help of ANSYS software,the rationality of structural design is verified.The design and research of the automatic double-end tenoning machine tool for beam and column material can automatically complete the double-end tenoning of beam and column material,and the processing efficiency and the yield rate are high.
