摘要
[目的/意义]探索知识型信息交互行为对粉丝满意度的影响,丰富信息交互行为的理论研究成果,并在实践中推进微信公众平台健康发展。[方法/过程]依托“知音真实故事”平台,通过问卷调研“知音真实故事”粉丝群,利用描述性统计与方差分析、相关分析和回归分析的方法,分析知识型信息交互行为对粉丝满意度的影响。[结果/结论]知识型信息交互行为可以正向影响粉丝满意度,不同年龄段、阅读频率的粉丝在满意度上存在显著差异,提出提升粉丝满意度的具体建议。
[Purpose/significance]Exploring the influence of knowledge information interaction behavior on fan satisfaction can enrich theoretical research results on information interaction behavior and contribute to the healthy development of WeChat public platform in practice.[Method/process]The paper bases on the platform of BOSOM TRUE STORY investigates its fan base by questionnaires uses descriptive statistics and variance analysis correlation analysis and regression analysis to analyze the impact of knowledge information interaction behavior on fan satisfaction.[Result/conclusion]Knowledge information interaction can positively affect fan satisfaction and fans of different ages and different reading frequency have significant differences in satisfaction so specific suggestions are proposed to improve fan satisfaction.
