知识问答平台悬赏机制对知识转移的影响研究

Research on the Effect of Reward Mechanism on Knowledge Transfer in Knowledge Q&A Platform

[目的/意义]旨在为促进基于知识问答平台的知识转移提供参考。[方法/过程]依托互惠性偏好理论,以八爪鱼数据采集器为工具,对搜狗问问知识问答平台进行描述性统计和推断统计,将知识问答平台的悬赏机制与知识转移之间的关系进行量化说明。[结果/结论]知识问答平台中的悬赏机制正向影响知识转移,且不同的悬赏等级对知识转移的影响具有差异。知识问答平台可以通过改进悬赏机制来提高平台的绩效水平,促进平台的良性循环,维持平稳的运行;知识的需求者亦可根据知识需求的程度选择相应程度的悬赏,以实现性价比的最大化。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for promoting knowledge transfer based on knowledge Q&A platform.[Method/process]Relying on the theory of reciprocity preference and using the Octopus data collector as a tool the paper conducts a descriptive statistics and inferential statistics on Sogou’s knowledge Q&A platform and quantifies the relationship between reward mechanism and knowledge transfer in the knowledge Q&A platform.[Result/conclusion]The reward mechanism in the knowledge Q&A platform has a positive influence on knowledge transfer and different reward levels have different effects on knowledge transfer.Knowledge Q&A platform can improve the performance level of the platform by improving the reward mechanism promote the virtuous cycle of the platform and maintain a smooth operation;the knowledge demander can also choose the appropriate level of reward according to the degree of knowledge demand to maximize the cost performance.
