摘要
目的:探讨不同ABO血型基因位点与急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者发病病情以及预后的影响。方法:选择2018年6月~2019年6月在本院诊断为急性心肌梗死患者100例作为研究对象,定义为心肌梗死组,选择同期在本院体检结果健康者100例,定义为对照组,检测外周血中ABO血型基因位点rs505922、rs579459、rs643434、rs651007及rs8176743的单核苷酸多态性。对比不同组别ABO血型基因位点差异性,分析ABO血型基因位点分布与急性心肌梗死患者发病病情以及预后的相关性。结果:心肌梗死组最终纳入研究98例,对照组最终纳入研究99例。心肌梗死组rs643434及rs651007基因位点基因型与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不同遗传模式下进行分析显示,心肌梗死组rs643434基因显性模式、rs651007显性模式和隐性模式与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。rs643434显性模式下与Gensini评分、TIMI分级具有相关性,rs651007显性模式与Gensini评分、TIMI分级、肌钙蛋白具有相关性,rs651007隐性模式与Gensini评分具有相关性,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。rs643434显性模式与MACE发生有关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ABO血型基因rs643434及rs651007基因位点在不同遗传模式可能与急性心肌梗死病情以及预后有关。
Objective:To explore the influence of different ABO blood group gene loci and the incidence and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:Totally 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction diagnosed in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the myocardial infarction group.At the same time,another 100 healthy patients with physical examination results in our hospital were selected as the control group.Single-nucleotide polymorphisms of peripheral blood ABO gene loci rs505922,rs579459,rs643434,rs651007,and rs8176743 were detected.The differences of ABO blood group gene loci in different groups were compared,and the correlation between the distribution of ABO blood group gene loci and the incidence and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction was analyzed.Results:A total of 98 cases were included in the myocardial infarction group and 99 cases were included in the control group.Compared with the control group,the genotypes of rs643434 and rs651007 loci in the myocardial infarction group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Analysis under different genetic models showed that the myocardial infarction group had a significant difference in the rs643434 gene dominant mode,rs651007 dominant mode and recessive mode compared with the control group(P<0.05).There is a correlation between rs643434 and Gensini score as well as TIMI grade in a dominant mode;a correlation was also seen between rs651007 and Gensini score,TIMI grade,and troponin in dominant mode;rs651007 has a correlation with Gensini score in recessive mode.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).rs643434 was related to the occurrence of MACE in a dominant mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ABO blood group genes rs643434 and rs651007 gene loci in different genetic models may be related to condition and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.
