全反式维甲酸联合砷剂治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病的临床进展

Advances of ATRA combined with arsenic in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia

急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)是一种特殊类型的急性白血病。目前全反式维甲酸(ATRA)联合砷剂方案是治疗APL的一线方案。关于ATRA联合砷剂治疗APL患者的现状和进展,本文回顾了近5年来国际主流医学刊物已发表的相关文章,包括病例个案报道、病例系列研究、临床对照研究等方面,为我国后续ATRA联合砷剂治疗APL的临床应用研究提供参考。

Objective:Acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL)is a special type of acute leukemia.At present,all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)combined with arsenic is the first-line treatment in APL patients.This paper reviews those articles published in the international mainstream medical journals in the past five years on the current situation and progress of ATRA combined with arsenic in APL treatment including case report,case series study and clinical controlled study,which provide references for the subsequent research of ATRA combined with arsenic in APL treatment in China.
