富集纳米脂肪注射治疗下睑“黑眼圈”的疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of concentrated nano-fat injection in the treatment of dark circle at lower eyelid

目的观察富集纳米脂肪注射治疗下睑“黑眼圈”的临床疗效。方法对自2017年9月至2019年6月收治的21例下睑“黑眼圈”患者,均给予双侧下睑皮下注射经高速离心后富集的纳米脂肪,单侧注射量1.0~1.8 ml。术前及术后6个月行双下睑Antera 3D检测黑色素值及常规照相,由独立医师对治疗效果及患者满意度进行评价,并统计手术恢复时间和并发症发生情况。结果21例患者术前、术后双下睑黑色素超高浓度和相对差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医师评价有效率为85.71%;80.95%的患者对治疗效果满意或非常满意。术后早期,10例患者双下睑出现肿胀,7例患者注射区皮肤黄染,7~31 d均自行缓解。仅1例患者出现注射区硬结,所有患者无感染发生。结论采用富集纳米脂肪皮下注射治疗“黑眼圈”具有一定的效果,并发症发生率较低。但部分患者恢复时间较长,应根据具体情况进行选择。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of concentrated nano-fat injection in the treatment of dark circle at lower eyelid.Methods From September 2017 to June 2019,21 patients with dark circle at lower eyelid were underwent subcutaneous injection of concentrated nano-fat with unilateral volume of 1.0 to 1.8 ml.Before and 6 months after operation,the melanin value of dark circle at lower eyelid was detected by Antera 3D camera and conventional photography was taken.The therapeutic effect and patients'satisfaction were evaluated by independent surgeon,and the recovery time and complications were also counted.Results There was statistically significant difference in the high concentration of melanin and relative variation of both lower eyelid of 21 patients before and after operation(P<0.05).The effective rate of surgeon's evaluation was 85.71%,and 80.95%of patients were satisfied or very satisfied with the therapeutic effect.In the early period after operation,swelling of bilateral lower eyelid was occurred in 10 patients,yellowing at the injection area was occurred in 7 patients and relieved from 7 to 31 days.Only 1 patient had sclerosis at the injection area.No infection was occurred in all patients.Conclusion Subcutaneous injection of concentrated nano-fat had certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of dark circle and the incidence rate of complications was low.However,some patients had a long recovery period.It should be selected according to the specific situation.
