睑结膜入路去睑袋辅助纳米脂肪填充在眶周年轻化中的应用

Application of transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty-assisted nano-fat transplantation in periorbital rejuvenation

目的探讨睑结膜入路去睑袋辅助纳米脂肪填充泪沟和“黑眼圈”部位的临床效果。方法对28例下睑脂肪明显膨出伴轻、中度泪沟畸形且“黑眼圈”的患者行睑结膜入路睑袋去除术后,将取出的眶隔脂肪制备成纳米脂肪回填至泪沟及“黑眼圈”区域,并行效果比较。结果所有患者术后获随访3~12个月,平均6个月。患者对治疗效果非常满意19例,满意7例;一般2例,满意率为92.86%(26/28);2次手术率为3.57%(1/28);均未出现感染、血肿、脂肪液化、脂肪结节等并发症。结论本方法适于下睑皮肤和眼轮匝肌无明显松弛以及眶隔脂肪膨出伴轻、中度泪沟畸形且“黑眼圈”明显者。手术创伤较小,术后恢复较快,并发症较少,对泪沟畸形及“黑眼圈”的改善较明显,患者的满意率较高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty-assisted nano-fat transplantation in the lacrimal groove filling and dark circle improvement.Methods Twenty-eight patients lower eyelid fat significantly expanded with mild to moderate lacrimal groove deformity and dark circle underwent transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty-assisted nano-fat transplantation.The extracted orbital septum fat was prepared to nano-fat and backfilled to lacrimal groove and dark circle area to compare the clinical efficacy.Results All patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months,with an average of 6 months.Nineteen patients were very satisfied with the therapeutic effect,7 patients were satisfied with the therapeutic effect and 2 patients felt the therapeutic effect was general.The overall satisfaction rate was 92.86%(26/28)and the reoperation rate was 3.57%(1/28).No infection,hematoma,fat liquefaction,fat nodule and other complications occurred.Conclusion This method was suitable for patients without obvious laxity of lower eyelid skin and orbicularis oculi muscle,orbital septum fat bulge with mild to moderate lacrimal groove deformation and obvious dark circle.This method had less trauma,fast recovery and fewcomplications.The improvement of tear trough deformity and dark circle was significant and patients'satisfaction were high.
