面部埋线提升术矫正中下面部松弛的临床应用

Clinical application of catgut-embedding and lifting in the treatment of middle and lower face laxity

目的探讨面部埋线提升术矫正中下面部松弛的临床效果。方法自2016—2018年对56例中下面部松弛下垂的中老年女性求美者采用多维度均匀布线,通过穿刺、提拉、加固韧带及颞深筋膜锚定的方法,实施面部埋线提升术,并观察手术效果。结果本组56例求美者术后随访6~12个月,所有求美者均获得面部提升效果。“苹果肌”上提,鼻唇沟变浅,口下颌沟减轻、下颌缘曲线流畅,效果满意。结论注重布线设计和埋线方法的技巧,能够达到较满意的面部提升效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of catgut-embedding and lifting in the treatment of middle and lower face laxity.Methods From 2016 to 2018,56 middle-aged and elder females with facial laxity underwent multi-dimensional uniform catgut distribution.Facial catgut-embedding and lifting was performed by puncture,lifting,ligament reinforcement and temporal deep fascia anchorage.Then the treatment efficacy was observed.Results All patients were followed-up from6 to 12 months after treatment.All patients showed obvious efficacy of facial lifting.The risorius was lifted,nasolabial fold was shallow,labiomandibular fold was alleviated and the mandibular margin curve was fluent.The efficacy was satisfactory.Conclusion Paying attention to the design of catgut distribution and skills of catgut-embedding could achieve satisfactory efficacy of facial lifting.It should be considerable for popularization in clinic.
