Madelung's病的诊治策略:12例病例回顾及文献复习

Diagnosis and therapeutic strategy of Madelung's disease:a review of 12 patients and literatures

目的通过对Madelung's病的特点、治疗过程及疗效进行分析,探讨对于此类疾病的诊疗方法。方法收集自2014年2月至2019年4月收治的12例位于颈、项部Madelung's病患者的临床资料,回顾性分析疾病的临床诊断、手术治疗过程及结果。结果12例患者切口均愈合良好,无感染及血肿发生。平均随访37.8(5~64)个月,复发率为41.7%(5/12)。其中3例为原切口处局部复发;2例为其他部位复发。结论对Madelung's病的诊断需依据临床表现、影像学及病理检查进行综合判断。目前治疗手段以手术为主,但总体复发率较高,需采用个体化治疗并密切随访。

Objective To analyze the characteristics,treatment process and therapeutic effect ofMadelung's disease and to explore the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with Madelung's disease from February 2014 to April 2019 were collected.The clinical diagnosis,treatment process and results were retrospectively analyzed.Results All incisions in 12 patients were healed well and no infection or hematoma was occurred.All patients were followed-up from 5 to 64 months,with an average of 37.8 months.The recurrence rate was 41.7%(5/12).Local recurrence at original incision was occurred in 3 patients and at other sites was occurred in 2 patients.Conclusion The diagnosis ofMadelung's disease should be based on clinical manifestations,radiographic assessment and pathological examination.Surgery was the main treatment method at present.However,the overall recurrence rate was high.Individualized treatment and close follow-up were needed.
