7种常见中药药液对氯己定含量测定及抑菌性的影响 被引量:2

The influence of seven kinds of traditional Chinese medicine liquid on the determination of chlorhexidine content and bacteriostasis

摘要 目的考察7种常见中药药液对醋酸氯己定及葡萄糖酸氯己定含量及抑菌性的影响。方法参考2002年版《消毒技术规范》,采用高效液相色谱法和抑菌环法对自制氯己定样品进行含量测定及抑菌效果考察。结果7种中药药液对氯己定含量结果均会造成不同程度的下降,其中对醋酸氯己定的影响大于葡萄糖酸氯己定;2份1 g/L CA、1 g/L CHG单方消毒液对3种菌株有抑菌作用;7份纯中药药液均对3种菌株均无抑菌作用,14份复方消毒液则对不同菌株的抑菌效果显示出不同协同或拮抗作用。结论在含中药成分的氯己定复方消毒液配伍时应注意不同中药与氯己定的相互作用,同时2002年版《消毒技术规范》中醋酸氯己定含量测定方法存在不足,急需更新和改进。 Objective The effects of seven kinds of traditional Chinese medicine on the content and bacteriostasis of chlorhexidine acetate and chlorhexidine gluconate were investigated.Methods Referring to 2002 edition of Technical Standard for Disinfection,the content and bacteriostatic effect of chlorhexidine samples are determined by high performance liquid chromatography and bacteriostatic ring method.Results In the aspect of content determination,7 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine liquids have different degrees of decreasing influence on the results of chlorhexidine content,among which the effect on chlorhexidine acetate is greater than that on chlorhexidine gluconate;in the aspect of bacteriostasis,1 g/L of CA and 1 g/L of CHG single disinfectant solution had bacteriostasis effect on three strains;7 Chinese medicine solution had no bacteriostasis effect on the three strains,while 14 compound disinfectant solution showed different synergistic or antagonistic effects on the bacteriostasis of different strains.Conclusion In the compatibility of chlorhexidine compound disinfectant containing Chinese herbal ingredients,attention should be paid to the influence of different Chinese herbal medicines on its content.At the same time,there are some shortcomings in the determination method of chlorhexidine acetate in the 2002 edition of Technical Standard for Disinfection,and it need to be updated and improved urgently.
