摘要
乳状液膜技术是一种新型的物质纯化分离技术,在分离较低浓度物质上具有很好的效果。通过乳状液膜法处理钢铁冶金烧结烟气脱硫含铊废水,结果显示,相比于絮凝法、螯合法等传统方法,乳状液膜法处理钢铁冶金烧结烟气脱硫含铊废水优势明显。在各影响因子最佳反应条件下反应15 min,铊离子的最大去除率达到99.76%,去除效果较好。
Emulsion liquid membrane technology is a new material purification and separation technology,which has a good effect on the separation of low concentration substances.The results show that compared with the traditional methods such as flocculation and chelating,the emulsion liquid membrane method has obvious advantages in the treatment of wastewater containing thallium in the desulfurization of iron and steel sintering flue gas.Under the best reaction conditions of all factors for 15 min,the maximum removal rate of thallium ion reached 99.76%and the removal effect was good.
