由于高速轨对夹杂物和表面质量要求严格,在钢轨铸坯冶炼过程中,通过改进转炉、精炼造渣工艺和连铸长浸入式水口结构,以及在切割端增加铸坯流渣清理装置等,提升铸坯夹杂物控制水平,使铸坯内、外部质量稳步提升,经后续轧制,钢轨成品各项性能指标完全满足TB/T 3276—2011标准要求。

The high speed rail has strict requirements on inclusi on and the surface quality.In the process of rail casting billet smelting,through improving converter,refining slag making process,continuous casting long submerged nozzle structure,as well as adding billet slag cleaning device at the cutting end,the control level of slab inclusions is improved,and the internal and external quality of slab is steadily improved.After subsequent rolling,all performance indexes of rail finished products are completely meet the requirements of TB/T 3276-2011 standard.
