摘要
针对综合机械化放顶开采技术回采率低的问题,本文以同煤某矿工作面为研究对象,基于PFC2D数值模拟软件对不同开采方向、放煤步距以及采高采煤工艺参数下的采出率及含矸率进行对比分析。经仿真分析,得出适用于该工作面的最佳采煤工艺。因此,可将该分析手段在实际应用中推广,助力综采工作面的高效、安全生产。
In view of the low recovery rate of the comprehensive mechanized caving mining technology,based on the PFC2D numerical simulation software,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the recovery rate and gangue content under different mining direction,caving step distance and mining height mining process parameters.Through the simulation analysis,the best mining technology is obtained.Therefore,the analysis method can be popularized in practical application to help the high efficiency and safety production of fully mechanized mining face.
