摘要
钢铁行业电炉供电采用了动态无功补偿,随着使用年限增长,电容器故障频次增加,在电容器故障,不平衡保护动作后,电容器的拆接线检测及更换工作存在工作量大、危险性强、接触不良等严重隐患,针对此难题进行电容器检测优化改进,阐述了改进方案、过程及效果。
Dynamic reactive power compensation is used in electric furnace power supply in iron and steel industry.With the increase of service life,the frequency of capacitor failure increases,there are some serious hidden troubles in the detection and replacement of capacitors,such as heavy workload,strong danger and bad contact,etc.In view of this problem,this paper carries on the optimization improvement of capacitor detection,and expounds the improvement scheme,process and effect.
