摘要
针对卡尔多炉在处理复杂物料时存在的熔炼渣渣含金银高,返料增多,熔炼吹炼效率不高等问题,通过对渣型研究,探索最佳物料配比及试剂配比;对氧枪枪头和吹炼枪枪头的改进,缩短熔炼周期及吹炼周期。对工艺进行优化及设备进行改进后,实现了生产的平稳运行,确保了产品质量。
In view of the problems of high gold and silver content in smelting slag,more returned materials and low smelting and converting efficiency in Kaldo furnace,through the study of slag type,the best material ratio and reagent ratio are explored.The improvement of oxygen lance head and blowing lance head shortens smelting cycle and blowing cycle.After the optimization of the process and the improvement of the equipment,the stable operation of the production is realized and the product quality is ensured.
