摘要
针对王家岭煤矿18105工作面复用巷道(18105回风顺槽)受回采应力、采空区残余应力等多重作用力下巷道变形严重,传统锚杆支护不能满支护需求,采用实验室检测的方法对原有支护材料力学性能及其匹配性进行了分析,并结合锚杆锚索支护材料的发展态势以及实际生产情况,对复用巷道原支护进行优化设计。通过实际应用效果来看,优化后支护设计对多重应力下复用巷道围岩变形起到了预期控制作用,保证了施工安全。
In view of the serious deformation of roadway in 18105 working face of Wangjialing coal mine under multiple forces such as mining stress and residual stress of goaf,the traditional bolt support can not meet the support requirements.The mechanical properties and matching of the original support materials are analyzed by the method of laboratory testing.Combined with the development trend and actual production of anchor cable supporting materials,the optimization design of the original support of the reused tunnel is conducted.According to the practical application results,the optimized support design has the expected control effect on the surrounding rock deformation of the reused tunnel under multiple stresses,and ensures the construction safety.
