煤矿井下无人综采方案的应用研究

Study on the Application of Unmanned Comprehensive Mining Scheme in Coal Mine

提出了一种煤矿井下无人综采技术方案,通过采用大采高综采面的防片帮自动化控制方案、综采面底板的自动控制方案、煤矿井下高效自动化降尘技术等实现了综采面的无人化作业,极大地提升了煤矿井下综采作业效率和经济性,对推动井下智能无人化综采奠定了基础,具有极大的推广价值。

This paper puts forward a technical scheme of unmanned comprehensive mining in coal mine,which realizes unmanned operation of comprehensive mining face by adopting automatic control scheme of spalling rib prevention,automatic control scheme of bottom plate of comprehensive mining face and high-efficiency automatic dust reduction technology in coal mine,greatly improves the efficiency and economy of comprehensive mining operation in coal mine,and lays a foundation for promoting intelligent unmanned comprehensive mining in coal mine with great promotion value.
