摘要
爆破作为快速、经济的掘进手段,被大量的应用于矿山生产过程中,为实现一次性成巷爆破掘进,根据凝聚体炸药爆轰理论及热力学方法,得到爆轰初始载荷,并经过进一步分析得到爆轰所产生裂缝长度计算方法,并通过对爆破影响因素分析,得到空孔布置可改变空孔围岩应力分布。在掘进爆破有限元模型的基础上进行仿真分析,得到爆破时巷道围岩应力分布及巷道成型过程,进一步说明空孔的设置可有效控制巷道成型,为一次性成巷爆破掘进技术提供一定的理论依据和成型方法。
